Solace Isle is a cozy single-player island life sim.
You and your cats have settled on a small, quiet island far from the city. There are no quests to rush, no timers to chase — just a soft pastel sea, a warm wind, and time that moves slowly.

Build a little home, decorate it with cute furniture, fish in the pond, and do nothing at all if you want to. This island is yours.

Features

• Your Island, Your Pace — Single-player only. No online, no pressure. Save locally and come back anytime.
• Build & Decorate — Place houses, cabins, beds, chests, campfires, fences, trees and flowers. Rotate, snap, and remove anytime — cost is refunded.
• Pastel Crafting — All items are soft, cute, and low-poly. Houses use Kenney city-suburban kits, furniture is hand-made pastel.
• Gentle Fishing — Find the pond at the center of the island (2, -10), press [E] and hit the green zone. Catch common, rare and treasure fish for your inventory.
• Three Cats — Cream, gray and brown. Chosen in-game and saved to your profile. They follow you, nap, and judge your decorating skills.
• Living Island — 38m hand-crafted terrain, 120+ flowers, palms, rocks, bushes, beach ring, drifting clouds, fireflies and a warm sun. Everything sways lightly in the wind.

Build & Decorate

Press [1]–[5] to pick a building, [R] to rotate 45°, LMB to place, [X] to remove (within 4m), [B] or [ESC] to cancel.
Preview turns green when you can build, red when blocked by slope, overlap or missing materials (wood / flower seeds).

Fishing

The pond is a calm 12×12 area with lilypads, reeds and a little dock. Press [E] to cast, wait for the bite (1–3 sec), then press [E] again in the green zone (62%). For now, any hit catches — enjoy the splash of pastel water, stars and a pink heart.

Your Cats

Chibi-style cats built from Kenney cube-pets (scale 0.68) with fluffy tails and big blush cheeks. Choose cream / gray / brown — your choice is saved in cat.cfg and stays even after you reset the island.

Save & Comfort

All saves are local: user://saves/local_player.json
Daily gift: bait x3 + flower seed x2 once per day. Audio volumes are saved separately and kept between islands.

Tip: Press [I] to see your inventory with cute emoji. If visuals look stale after an update, delete your local save from Main Menu → New Game.
